Puppies & Young Dogs
Puppies and young dogs are welcome at Wright Zone Doggy Day Care provided they are a suitable fit for a group environment.
Puppies must:
- have completed their primary vaccination course
- be free from infectious illness
- be comfortable around other dogs and people
Young dogs may require a trial session and may attend for shorter sessions initially to support their welfare, development, and confidence.
Wright Zone reserves the right to adjust session length or discontinue care if a puppy or young dog is not coping well in the day care environment.
Trial Sessions & Meet and Greets
An initial assessment, trial session, or meet and greet may be required before care is accepted. These sessions are chargeable and do not guarantee ongoing or future care.
Payments & Fees
All fees must be paid in full and in advance of the start of care, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services will not commence until payment has been received.
Additional Time / Extended Care
A full day of day care includes up to 8 hours of care.
Where a dog remains in our care beyond this time, an additional charge of £5 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.
Extended care is subject to availability and must fall within our approved operating hours.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in full.
Wright Zone reserves the right to cancel services due to illness, emergency, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.
Health, Vaccinations & Parasite Control
Dogs must be up to date with required vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments. Proof must be uploaded to the client portal before care begins.
Wright Zone reserves the right to refuse or suspend care if a dog shows signs of infectious illness, parasites, or poses a risk to other dogs or staff.
